Bluewater Global makes every effort to assure that their product, InfiniFluid, meet the highest quality standards. We warrant that this product is free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident, alterations outside our factory or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for injuries to persons of property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Our product is designed to recondition your used battery back to almost new or help your new battery become and stay great. When properly installed, we guarantee to stop sulfate build-up in a lead-acid maintainable battery. (Must be re-applied every 2-years) Please follow our guidelines provided when using the product, and follow the correct procedures when treating a used battery.

The first guideline, you must use our product on a battery that has at least 85% of the manufacturer’s voltage rating. Over 70% of lead-acid batteries stop working properly before they reach this mark. A 12-volt passenger car battery should have a volt reading of 10.2 volts or higher, to ensure our product’s effectiveness.

The second guideline, battery has no physical damage or contaminated electrolyte solution (battery water). Check casing, terminals and any discoloration, cloudy or muddy battery water. Low-voltage or bad battery water may indicate cell damage, and we cannot ensure our product’s effectiveness.

USED Batteries for Gas Engines ONLY
Follow the correct procedure when treating used batteries for starting gas engines. To remove heavy sulfate build-up and restore the cranking ability you must discharge and charge your used battery for 3-full cycles. Use the vehicle the battery was designed for to properly discharge your battery. Use a 2-amp slow charge when charging your used battery during each cycle. After a 35-mile drive, InfiniFluid will give your battery maximum storage and discharge capabilities. InfiniFluid must be re-applied every 2-years, to ensure optimum battery performance and preserve the life of your battery and the vehicle it operates.

Please include the date of your purchase, an explanation of the complaint, the location and address where you purchased InfiniFluid and your mailing address.
